  • Additional Pet(s): 50% surcharge per extra pet
  • Cancellation Fee: 50% surcharge if canceled less than one hour before the appointment
  • Holiday Fee: 50% surcharge for services on national holidays
  • Last-Minute Booking: 5% surcharge for emergency requests
  • Weekend Fee: 5% surcharge for Saturday or Sunday appointments
